El Papa Grande

Ryan, right after the boys were born on Monday. See the 3 wristbands?

That's the big boy Tyrus who is awake, Colton is in the middle, and the other one is Xavier.

Last night we went to the Dbacks game. Our seats were in the lower level along the 3rd base line. It was pretty fun.

Rainy Saturday

The plan for today was to get Ryan and Bella and go meet up with Em and them at a park in Tempe to play and hide Easter eggs. The rain messed up that plan for us. We still wanted to get together and do something so I met them for lunch at the Mongolian BBQ place in Tempe. Em took me there for the first time like 7 or 8 years ago and I have loved it ever since. It's so fun to load up the bowl with all the meat, veggies, and noodles you want. There's also all kinds of ingredients to mix up a sauce to go in the bowl with the food. When you've got it the way you want it they cook it up for you.

Bella looks ready for Easter.

Dbacks Opening Day

Today was the season opener against the Colorado Rockies. The game was at 12:40. When I was out at lunch time I saw tons of the baseball crowd getting lunch or just making their way to the ballpark. I was kind of jealous, I wanted to go too. We won 9 - 8, off to a good start.

I couldn't wait to get home tonight, change clothes, eat really quick, and go out for a ride. I don't have a whole lot of time before it gets dark. I went out for a little while then came back home and took the windshield off the bike. The air was coming straight up the windshield and right into my face and it felt really strong as I picked up speed. It only took maybe 45 seconds to get it off once I found the right sized socket to use. I went back out riding and could tell a big difference, I sort of felt the wind pressure on my whole upper body but there was way less in my face. I have been cruising around the streets around the house, so I haven't gone too fast yet. I can put the windshield back on really quickly if I want to later. I think the bike looks better without it though.
